Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Unfortunately since these products are made in small batches and are not able to be resold we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a complaint or concern you can email us at milinacontact@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

Q: Is shipping and tax included in the prices?

A: No. Shipping and tax will be added at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to receive the order?

A: We will ship the order within 3-5 business days and USPS usually will get it to you in 1-3 business days. We are a small business so we appreciate your patience. 

Q: Are the teas safe for consumption?

A: All of our teas are safe for consumption and ingredients are transparent. However if you are on medication, pregnant, or breastfeeding it is always a good idea to consult with your doctor before using any herbal products. 

Q: Is your packaging sustainable?

A: Yes, we are plastic free (excluding merch, see below) and all of our packaging is either recyclable, made of recycled materials, compostable, and/or biodegradable. It’s a lot so with each purchase you also get a card explaining how to dispose of your packaging. 

Q: Why did my tote/t-shirt come from another company/show up separately?

A: We use Printful as a print on demand service that creates the tees and totes using our designs. The service is connected to our store and ships from its own warehouse. Eventually we would like to create these Merch items ourselves, but since we use Printful it will come from them for now. Printful is also not plastic free so packaging will not be the same.

Q: How does your give back system work?

A: With each purchase you make you can choose one of our charities to give 10% of your purchase to. This is at no extra cost to you. All you have to do is go to our Give Back page and input the charity code of your choice during checkout. Every other month on the 1st we take all the money raised for each charity and donate it.

Q: Can I request a different charity to give back to?

A: You can send us suggestions or concerns about certain charities at milinacontact@gmail.com. We will add charities to the program slowly as we go, but there’s no guarantee that your suggestion will be used. If you do this please put Charity Input as the subject line.
